I got better each time I went out, but it was just kind of a day juatin and a dollar short kind of thing. Put this one out the door and move on.

I felt like my front end was a little bit high in some of the corners today. The deal of the day on 24MX. So we sorted it after the last practice and we went a big change for the main event and luckily it was the right change. Below you can see Barcia in the bottom of the screen stepping off his YZF in the middle of a rhythm section landing on his tailbone. In spite of his misfortune, Barcia sits fourth in the SX standings, just seven points behind the leader going into round 4, while Plessinger holds ninth.
We tried our hardest, so that’s really all we can do. This track was a strange, strange track. The first two practices I was making front-end changes and my guys were kind of like, “Let’s stiffen up the rear and get some more pressure on the front end,” and it helped. Lots happened but, if you want to put a positive spin on it, you came out of it with decent points and you are only one point out of the red plate.
There were set-up issues and incidents with other riders, so plenty to talk about. I didn’t ride great all day. In your mind then, back to normal Justin Barcia at A2? I was like, “Well, we got close on a jump and then I passed you as clean as I can.
It’s definitely not going to drag out, because it’s no big deal.
